Years of operating under annual accreditation assessments — method validation, measurement uncertainty, impartiality controls, corrective-action discipline — left us with a conviction: AI needed the same third-party assurance infrastructure that every other high-stakes industry already has.
The accreditation world agrees. ANAB — the ANSI National Accreditation Board that accredits laboratories like ours — is the same body now accrediting ISO/IEC 42001 certification programs. We come from inside that ecosystem. Most AI consultants are discovering it on Wikipedia.
